What is an EPUB?

Our books are digital book in EPUB format. EPUB is an open ebook standard for reflowable digital books, readable on most devices via an e-reader application. It's a versatile format supporting text, images, and even multimedia, ideal for adaptability across different screens.

How do I download my ebook?

At the time of order:

After completing checkout, you will be immediately directed to the "Thank you" page. You may download your ebook immediately by pressing the "access downloads" button near the top of the page.

From order confirmation email:

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing checkout. You may download your ebook by pressing the "access downloads" button near the top of the email.

If you don’t see the email:

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Double check the email used at checkout
  • Contact support

From order status page in your account:

You can access your downloads anytime by visiting the Order Status page in your account. The download button remains available until you have reached the download limit for your purchase.

How do I open and read my EPUB?

How to Open an EPUB File

To read an EPUB file, you’ll need to have an EPUB reader installed on your device. There are many free options widely available:

Computers: Software like Calibre, Thorium Reader or Adobe Digital Editions. 

Phones/Tablets: Apple Books (iOS/Mac OS), Google Play Books (iOS/Android).

E-readers: Kobo, Nook. (Please note that Kindles do NOT support EPUB files)

After ensuring you have a reader application installed, follow these steps:

  1. Open the EPUB reader app on your device.
  2. Use the app’s library or file browser to find your EPUB file.
  3. Select the file to open it and begin reading.

Once the file is open, you can navigate through the book and adjust reading settings as needed.

How do I access my account?

Accessing your account is now faster and more secure. We use passwordless login, which means you no longer need to remember a password to view your orders.

Steps to Sign In or Create an Account:

  1. Locate the Account Icon: Click on the person silhouette icon located in the top-right corner of our store header.
  2. Enter Your Email: Type in the email address associated with your orders and click "Continue."
  3. Check Your Inbox: You will receive an email from us containing a unique 6-digit verification code.
  4. Enter the Code: Go back to our store, enter the 6-digit code, and you will be instantly logged in.

    Note: The verification code is only valid for a limited time. If the code expires before you use it, simply click the “sign in with a different email” link to enter your email again and receive a new code. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your "Junk" or "Promotions" folder. For further assistance, please contact our Support Team.

What can I do in my account?

Once you are signed in, you can:

  • View your complete order history.
  • Manage and update your saved shipping addresses and saved payment methods for a faster checkout.
  • You can access your downloads anytime by visiting the Order Status page in your account. The download button remains available until you have reached the download limit for your purchase.
